The Perfect Pushup BASIC revolutionizes push-ups as you know them. Unique rotating handles let you move your arms naturally, just as you would when throwing a punch or pressing a dumbbell. The handle design also reduces joint strain and lets you engage more muscle so you get more out of each motion. The comfortable rubber grips, non-slip base and ball bearing system provide safe, smooth and full rotations to maximize strength.

They really help with push up form however I use them in Hot Pilates and my sweat has rusted the ballbearings and there is no way to open it to clean them. this means that they leak rust colored liquid onto floor, mat etc and grind instead of move smoothly.

Easy to use in multiple ways and it’s starting to show that my body is in better shape

I bought the PP set about 2 weeks, though I have been using them for about a decade. NO COMPLAINTS! Great form & function, I've gotten good results too. My only complaint is that they are not as smooth as the Elite version, but that is why the Elite version is the Elite version.

I really like these but wish the cups had a little better suction. Overall a good product.

Allows you to do a deeper push up. The motion is slightly different from a regular push up because it uses more of the shoulders and back instead of the chest.

Perfect gift for any man in your life! He'll sure love it even if he doesn't workout regularly. ;)

My husband returned these because the quality just wasn't there.

The perfect push up is awesome! These really take the strain off your shoulders, and allow you to get more out of your workout. I've noticed I can do more with greater ease than I could doing standard push ups.

The problem with this product is the handles. They are not round but have 3 somewhat square sides with the bottom being hollow. Therefore, you cannot really grip them by wrapping your fingers around because doing so is not at all comfortable.

Works flawlessly! Easy to assemble and start your workout/

We wish there was a way to make the product lock if wanted to

The product is good and the price was fair. I'm very happy with it.

I bought these thinking they would last but they did not. I am a 190 lb male who uses these twice a week but they only lasted 8 months before there was cracking in the handles. I'd send them to North Carolina to have the manufacturer fix them but I'd have to pay for shipping and they'd just break again. I'll buy something better to replace them.

I decided to get the perfect pushups for purely one reason. Years ago I fractured my wrist pretty badly, and all though it healed well, i could no longer do my normal routine of pushups, the most i could do was 20 until my wrist would give out due to the L shaped angle of normal pushups (the same angle i had fraxtured my wrist). Due to how the perfect pushup allows my wrist to mount for a pushup, I can do as many pushups as I am truly capable of, with only very slight irritation in my wrist due to the obvious strain. All in all, i like the perfect pushup bc of how it angles my wrist, but if it wasnt for the injury, these things were not worth the $20. They are made extremely cheaply. They are all plastic except for the screws and i would assume the ball bearings. The handles are not made of strong, thick plastic like you see in the industrial world to support heavy loads, but cheap plastic that is only a few milimeters thick, and slight reinforcement plastic. Honestly, i thought it was going to snap and break when i put the pop snaps into the base during assembly like i have seen thicker plastic snaps do during other item assemblies. They tend to flex and i am worried they will still break, the good news is they at least support my "mildly buff" weight of 150lbs. These things do get the job done, but i do not expect them to last long due to twisting and weight stress. Had they been made of even cheap steel, they would be quality, but I am extremely disappointed. When they break, I plan on just making my own with steel handles.
