[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Relatively newer cave rescuer, traded my Petzl simple to buy a Petzl stop. Great control and operation! Primarily used with 11mm rope and works flawlessly! Also paired with a Petzl Freino Z makes it a truly great experience.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Used it caving went down several 20-60ft drops. The descender is very easy to use this was the first time I used any climbing gear and I figured it out with no issues. Felt very safe and secure while descending.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great gear from Petzl. The updated version is really smooth to use, love this guy!! I take this into vertical caves all the time. It is a shame you can replace the bobbins yourself now.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this to use in vertical caving and on long rappels. The assisted braking makes this a very beneficial tool to carry. I was pleasantly surprised when the model I received was the updated model from Petzl that is the newer design with the improved black handle. I also purchased a Freino carabiner in order to add additional friction through the carabiners friction spur.

very easy to use. got it to use on my zipline so users can get down at the end by themselves. kids love it, even my 5 year old can use it.
