Great lamps for alpine climbing backpacking hiking skiing… battery burn is great on low allowing enough light to maneuver at night. First time with lamp with florescent glow halo. Very helpful for finding in dark tent.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this as a gift for my eight year old. It's a sturdy, well made headlamp. Easy to use. Bright. Love the glo-in-the-dark feature after turn off. Comes with rechargeable batteries which is nice. Would consider replacing my own with this model. Have yet to test battery life.
