The one thing that will potentially never be fixed though, based on my couple of year use of my last Boreo, is that the padding wears out pretty quick and falls off the inside and needs to be diy fixed semi regularly.

It's reasonably comfortable, it's reasonably lightweight and it's reasonably priced. No, it's not super light but I didn't want to trade weight for durability. I'm not particularly concerned about fashion but the Boreo sits low enough on my head that it doesn't look dorky and the orange color is bold enough that it's not boring. The rear adjustment is really nice, I like it better than other helmets with a knob style adjustment. If purchasing again, I'd go with the smaller size to better fit my head. Seems to leans toward the larger side of the rated size range.

Anyhow—rad comfy helmet that does it’s job. I suggest the white one so your head doesn’t get overly hot on those warm send days, unless you’re an ice climber—in which case, you’ll probably go with the black, but with whichever you go, you’ll be sure to be satisfied with the performance and weight of this helmet.
