Oh What A Deal

I bought this flutter rod because it was a return without a reel. The mark down was enough I couldn’t pass it by. Flutter is usually not a go to for me but one of the female associates came over to offer help and after speaking with her I felt confident in its purchase. Glad I did.

Became Useless In Less Than 6 Months

The guides on the rod have line wear notches worn into them from only catching bluegill.I have owned this rod less since six months.The handle is also fallen apart.This rod is junk.

Wayne NJ store, I brought in our rod/reel combo because it has a broken tip (the first 2 eyelets broken) but I didn’t have a receipt because it was a gift. They said store credit was $9.99 but the combo cost $99.99 She was too busy checking her phone to be bothered. So we left with our broken $100 rod/reel combo.

Great Fishing Rod & Customer Service

I bought this rod for my wife after we ordered it on Dickssportinggoods.com. When it was delivered by FedEx when it was delivered it had a broken tip. I took it to the Livonia store and what great customer service. When I got there the customer service cashier looked it up and said they had 4 in stock. I went back to check and none were on the floor the Representative and asked if I needed assistance. I told him what I was looking for and he typed the sku in and verified that there was 4 in receiving, he went in back and brought out the new fishing rod. My wife is so happy with the fishing rod. I apologize for forgetting both the cashier and team member on the floor but they should be recognized because both went above and beyond in assisting me. Great store with great team members.
