Smooth As Butter

I have a Pflueger undercast that I use for trout fishing, and I love it, so I wanted to try this spinning reel. It casts smoothly and has a great smooth retrieve, I can't wait for it to warm up a little more so the bass will bite

I walked into the store,picked up 2 Pflueger Presidential 30 Spinning Reels,went to the checkout and the store associated said “These reels are 40% off.” I was in total shock. I said “40% off of each reel????” He said “Yes”. It rocked my brain that I was going to get 40% off of a spinning reel that was listed at $69.99. And got 2 Pflueger reels at a great deal. My total price out of pocket was $84 plus change. I still can’t believe it. I love the Presidential for the smoothness and fluidity when casting and reeling since I bought my 1st one over a year ago Thanks Dick’s for the great quality of merchandise and the awesome sale price.

Solid Reel For The Price.

I’ve been using the Pflueger President Spinning Reel for a few weeks now, and it’s smooth, reliable, and lightweight. Casts effortlessly and pairs great with my light-action rod for panfish. The drag is consistent and easy to adjust. Only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is I wish the handle had a slightly grippier feel when wet. Overall, an excellent value and great for beginners and seasoned anglers alike.

7 or 10 ball bearings (depending on reel size) for under $70 is fantastic. I purchased the 20 reel size for use on a 6’10” ultralight ProFISHiency rod. Works great for Crappie& panfish. The drag is very smooth. Depending on the line size you can put more than enough on it.
