Well Made Bag But Clubs Bunch Up

This bag is awesome! It is well made and the color is awesome! The big down fall is that the clubs bunch up so you can not pull them out or put them in the bag without shaking it. Now fabric on the top where you pull the clubs out is pulling out. I just bought a custom set of g430s and unfortunately I will be trashing this bag for a new one soon.

Severely Disappointed In Dividers!

Similar to other reviews - the bag looks amazing but the divider is TERRIBLE. Bought to replace my Nike bag with dialing zippers, but the dividers are the most important thing to me, and this just doesn’t do the job. Was hoping to match my quality Ping Irons with a Qualiry bag, but this is just not it!

Let Down!

After a year of ownership, I can confidently say this is one of the worse golf purchases I have made! The good news; it’s a great looking bag. Unfortunately, it’s not as useful as it is handsome. As others have noted, getting clubs into and out of the bag is overly difficult and if you use a fat putter grip, you’ll need a clip to keep you putter on the outside of the bag during play. There is no way to defeat the legs, so if you use a pull cart or trolley. I use a Velcro ski strap when using my pull cart, otherwise the legs pop open directly into the rear wheels. Overall, a poor design. I expected better from Ping.

Great Looking Bag But Terrible Dividers

I don’t write reviews but thought it was important this time. I Bought this bag (Hoofer 14 2022 model) a few days ago. I originally bought a Mizuno stand bag but had issues with the stand and took it back. Even though I don’t own a single Ping club, I was talked into the Hoofer 14 while at the store. I looked at several bags and different brands. I really wanted a bag that had a 14 club divider and really like the looks of this bag. Honestly this bag is comfortable to carry, lots of pockets but getting my clubs in and out of the bag is complete craziness. I have to shake the bag at times to get the clubs to go back in. Played one time with this bag so far at the time of writing this review and my 5 iron was stuck in the bag and it took a few seconds to pull it out, never seen anything like it. I’m afraid the material at the top of the bag is going to rip if this continues. Maybe I should have read the reviews before I bought this model, seems like a lot of people are having the same issue. The 2023 Hoofer bag looks nice, but it doesn’t have a traditional grab handle, just a handle at the top of the bag. Not sure if the 2023 model is easier when it comes to removing and replacing clubs. Again, the bag it self is nice, love the pockets but not satisfied with the club dividers.

Good Looking But Frustrating In/out With Clubs!

I bought this bag in January 2023, and it is a good looking bag, the pockets are fine, but it is a struggle to get the clubs in and out! I don't even carry 14 clubs because of how frustrating it is to get them in and out, especially when the bag is on the ground with the stand engaged, which is primarily when you want to get clubs in/out, unless you're in a riding cart.
