Very Good, But With With Two Dislikes

I just bought this bag and I’m not having any problem with Club jamming. My two dislikes are that the bag does not have a hook on the left side to put towels, etc. on as it does on the right The second problem is you can’t take the straps off. I keep it on my cart.

Unfortunately The Bad Outweighs The Good

I have been using this bag for just about a year now and unfortunately I'm back on the market. I absolutely love the storage compartments, tee storage, velcro for golf gloves, etc. but it is becoming untenable to take clubs in and out of the bag. They get caught up every single time and with a mix of undersized women's grips and standard grips this really shouldn't be an issue. Some of the slots are so small that the frame bends when taking clubs in and out. No matter if it's standing on the ground, in the golf cart or in a push cart the clubs consistently get stuck when pulling them out or putting them back in. This has been so frustrating that while the storage layout is top notch, I'll be purchasing another bag to replace this after only a year. I'm truly disappointed as I would expect the design to be better - golfers take their clubs in and out every round.

Extremely Poor Strap Design

While I got this bag as a Christmas present, since I live in Wisconsin, I've not been able to use it until the last month or so. The upper strap holder design is abysmal. Both straps have come out of the upper holders on the bag; the first one happened the first time I walked with the bag. I tried to fix it by pushing the bag ends back in to the holder, but it popped back out at the next use. Thought I could get by with just the one strap still secured, but that holder let go this weekend, and my bag fell in a muddy pool of water. Will see if Dick's will take it back.

Big Improvement

This is a big improvement over the previous version. Clubs don’t get caught up as much. The pocket design is improved. Much better it’s the perfect bag.
