Introducing Moonlander, designated for the walking purist who favors a simpler, cleaner design with only enough pockets for essentials. It is light, only 4 ½ lbs., and has six pockets, including for a rangefinder, water bottle, and light apparel. Juniors can transition to this adult-size carry bag by adding Prodi G club risers to fit the length of their clubs. Straps are convertible to a single or double carry.

the opening is too small to take out and put back clubs, when I pull a club out 2 more come with it. It gets annoying taking clubs in and out and having to force them each time. it also needs a magnet for the range finder so I don't have to put it in the same pocket as my water bottle.

Although I'm a PING supporter for most of their equipment, I recently bought this bag a month ago at 1st I love the lightest and the retractable leg system. However later I was disappointed with the lack of space for the clubs (right now I only carry 12 clubs), the middle right club compartment snags my clubs and really hard to pull out, I chose the grey, platinum & blue colour scheme and gets dirty very easily and there's no hip pad.

Bought this after eyeing it. I walk and carry the majority of my rounds and had been a Titleist Players 4 Carbon guy, and the materials felt a bit more durable on the Moonlander so pulled the trigger, but haven’t been happy unfortunately. For a “lightweight carry bag” it doesn’t feel particularly light on the shoulders. The strap system is a little rickety and squeaky, and the straps are a bit thin and don’t distribute weight well which is uncomfortable. Would be fine if the straps were clip-on and could be replaced, but they’re integrated to the bag itself. My biggest gripe is the piece of fabric that covers the top opening. It’s held in place by Velcro on the inside which comes loose and flips up every time I pull a club from the top or bottom slot. I’ve considered even gluing it in place. I do like the water bottle sleeve and the pockets on the lower left. The valuables pocket on the right side is somewhat inconvenient to open/reach into while carrying. Some reinforcement on the left on the low back section would have been nice too. Overall a good idea, but the standard configuration of pockets in the middle (where the water bottle sleeve is) are a little more convenient. Would like it to be a little lighter overall as well.

Time for a new stand bag for a reduced club setup and this bag checks all of the boxes. -light (feels much lighter than 4.6lbs as advertised) -hoofer type padded straps -excellent pocket layout and size -style that rivals the niche bag brands but does it better with better form and style -works as a walker and cart setup since no upper pockets to covered by cart strap -retro-modern styling reminds me of the L8 I had as a teen Only suggestion is that these need to be available in the wild as I had to go off the not-so-great stock photos. Bags never look as good in the stock photos as they do in the golf shop. Glad I took a gamble and very happy to upgrade.

Looking to replace my Ping Craz-e-lite. Moonlander carries much lighter than advertised. It’s very study and solid. I prefer this bag over the CEL. Might take some adjustment to figure out pocket layout. Overall very happy. Great bag.
