I had on older version was happy with it so I decided to get a new one old one was looking a bit worn out. The newer version looks like a good bag. They put cheaper snaps on the rain cover. First time used it one came off the bag. After a few more games half had come off the bag. The key holder in pocket unraveled itself. Rain hood is cheaper. Does not fit in bag boy cart like older one. I returned it.

Concerns With Long-term Quality

I received a new Ping Pioneer bag today (delivered) and it is already missing one of the rain cover snaps. Perhaps it was broke during QC or it was returned by someone else, the snap is still logged in the rain hood receiving end. Unfortunate, as this bag checked a lot of boxes for me, but seeing something break before any use is a red flag.
