Very Forgiving With The Correct Shaft.

The driver can be very forgiving if get fitted with the correct shaft.

Product Great.....delivery Terrible.

To begin, I love the Ping G425. Replaced a G410, and very happy I did. However, I placed my order on-line. Delivery, by FedEx, was poorly packaged, in an oversized box with no protection (no bubble wrap and one flimsy piece of paper). Box was mangled and club shaft was snapped in half. Good news, I live 5 minutes from the Berwyn, PA Golf Galaxy and within minutes they installed a new shaft. Would I buy this club again - yes. Would I buy it on line and have it shipped to me - no.

Shaft Snapped

I bought it yesterday, used it for less than a day and the shaft snapped right down the middle. Took it back to dicks and they were as helpful as a rock. Never buying a club from dicks again.

Good Product Terrible Customer Service

Both the club and it broke the same day took it back to dicks and they got ahold of ping to replace the driver. They told me a week and a half and now it’s been over three weeks with no update and when I reach out to dicks they seem annoyed that I call once a week just to see if it came in never going back to dicks for any golf products.

I bought this driver 2 weeks ago and it’s improved my game dramatically. I had a very bad slice, I put the weight on the draw side and now my drives are straight. I have also gained 30 yards per drive.
