Not only was the wrong Ping golf club sent, but it was also not in new condition, and some of the labels had been torn off. It was even packed poorly. Now I have to go into a FedEx drop-off location to return it because Dick's could not arrange for them to come pick it up which costs me money and time. eBay would have been better than this.
