Not worth the money. Never used and returned. Not big enough to big effective at all.

Complete Junk

Brand new out of the box and it runs for less than 10 minutes and goes out, try and relight and pilot won’t stay lit, let it sit for a couple minutes and try again and pilot would literally but as soon as you let go of the knob it’s out! Very frustrating and disappointed! I guess I’ll go back to a Buddy heater

I only use the heater when hunting and this will be my 3rd or 4th year of use and its been good so far... I do have 1 complaint.... on the "low" setting its loud from the flame popping so to speak.... while its barely noticeable anywhere else its like nails on a chalk board when your trying to not make a sound a twig breaking is the equivalent of an aor raod siren. I do have a suggestion... it should have a built grate built into the heater so when tilted it can be folded out to heat something the size of a sausage biscuit.

Buy Another Brand

Do not waste your money on this brand. Buy you a mr. heater or DynaGlo they work well. I bought a heater hog and it will not stay on . Call customer service and they promise to take care of it. They promised whatever to get me off phone amd I never heard back from them despite my emails. Poor service and faulty product.

I purchased this heater to use at my daughter's softball games in the evening, but the unit wouldn't stay lit and put out very minimal heat.

Right out of the box ... Didn't work. Opened the back panel to see one disconnected black wire and others loosely flopping around. Made on a Friday afternoon?

Performance During Windy Conditions

Bought this three months ago for duck hunting. Overall works great, but does not perform well in windy conditions.

Won’t Stay On

The heater CONSTANTLY turns off. Doesn’t matter the conditions (wind, no wind, outside, in a garage), this will not stay on for more than 5 minutes at a time. Bought a Mr. Heater and put them side by side…Mr. Heater runs like a champ, while this one keeps shutting off. I wanted this to be better than the Mr. Heater, but mine simply doesn’t work.
