The superior ground up engineered design gives you the ability to reach higher highs and lower lows. The double walled blanket insulation lets you smoke from 100°F to temperatures reaching 350°F, unlike any other smoker on the market, and allows you to get the crispy skin on poultry or that great bark on beef and pork.

I bought a pit boss 3 electric smoker about a year ago. I totally regret it. Big waste of my money. Wood chips constantly catching on fire. I have to constantly watch it. Can't leave or alone.

Not Good So Far

What get past 240. It's been running for 4 hours. Hung the supplied meat probe in and plugged it in and it reads 402. Used a second probe that I know is good and it reads 240. Was really hoping for better. My analog pit boss only does 225 and I just use it for brisket because it won't go any higher.

Horrible

This product is not a good as I thought it would be. It takes an hour just to get to 200 degrees. And the design is horrible. I wheel it out of my garage when I use it. The Screws easily fall out for no reason especially on the wheels. The poor design makes it hard to put the screws back in after putting it together. I’m not sure if I will ever purchase another Pit Boss after this experience
