Previous Long Time Grill User

Love being able to prepare my main dish and the sides on my griddle cooktop. Watched many videos to educate me on how to use it and this helped greatly. An Absolute Must Have!!

I purchased this griddle a little more than 2yrs ago and it has been phenomenal!! I did have an initial issue with one of the burner nacklights not working and they sent me out a new know with backlight immediately, no problem at all. Every time Father's Day /Mother's Day approaches I always think of what a great gift this made for me. ****There is a current issue however, I do need a new 5 burner cooktop and cannot get one anywhere and this is not available in the current parts list. I have not been able get assistance with this thus far so any help would be appreciated!!
