With a weight range of 5 to 50 lbs. per hand in 2.5 lb. increments, it replaces 16 pairs of traditional dumbbells—equal to 825 lbs. of free weights. Perfect for home or gym, the Elite EXP adapts and grows with your strength goals.

Solid Set Of Dumbells

Solid set of dumbbells for a home gym. Don’t take up a lot of space and easy to use. The shape takes a little getting used to.

Best Dumbbells I've Owned

Theses are some of the best dumbbells I have ever owned. I like the convenience of being able change weight with taking apart and resetting the dumbbell. This allows me to keep my workout efficient. Would high recommend these dumbbells to anyone in the market for an adjustable dumbbell.

I bought these in the Black Friday sales and have loved using them. They are so much more versatile than having to waste time with spin-off collars or loads of plate changes as with regular dumbbell sets. They store really neatly and look quality. They're durable and don't roll around!

Doesn’t Take Up Much Room!

Try to pick up in store if you can. Ours arrived damaged & we had to exchange them at our local store. These are great. We didn’t want to get a normal set, because they take up so much space.
