Solid dumbbells. Takes the place of many separate dumbells in a small package. A little clunky if you want to adjust my 2.5 or 5 lb increments as you have to remove internal weights (removing one makes it off balanced). But a small price to pay to avoid having 20 separate weights!

Great Space Saver!

This a a great space saver for getting your dumbbells. I also purchased the expansion packs which work very well! The only thing to be aware of is that in order to get 5lb increments you must take the center of the bar out, otherwise the weights are all in 10 lb increments. Besides that, these are great!
