Designed for a versatile workout, the PowerBlock EXP Stage 1 adjustable dumbbell ranges from 5-50 pounds each with the ability to expand (EXP) to a higher max weight. This one set of weights replaces the need for 825 total pounds of free weighted dumbbells.
