Defective Product Sent

I waited almost a week for the Stage 3 expansion kit for my PowerBlock EXP set. Unfortunately, the product had a manufacturing defect as one set was welded together severely skewed so they would not come close to mating with the Stage 2 set. This was obviously a return item to Dick's and was very poorly packaged in a very large box with very little protection. Plates also suffered scratches and nicks from poor packaging. I'm surprised Dick's sends defective returns out in packaging like this. Hopefully, this was a fluke and the next one I receive will be fine.

Wrong Item

I still gave this 5 stars because Powerblock makes good products. That said, the image in this listing (at the time of writing this) is of the Sport EXP Stage 3 model, however, I was sent the Elite EXP Stage 3. I'd recommend purchasing elsewhere to make sure you get the correct product.
