Buldging Pumped Bicepts
A great bench for isolating the bicepts and blasting the muscle, for an unbelievable pump that will take you from muscular arms to mind blowing, vein popping superhuman arms. I would recommend this bench to anyone that is serious about building some BULDGING BIs. I have had my bench for over 7 years and love it

Needs Work
When you get the preacher curl rack, it's very unsturdy. You can make electrical tape gaskets at the connecting points of assembly. The armrest was made of half-inch plywood and was a little overly cushioned for my taste. The armrest would teeter around, so I re-inforced it by attaching beams from the armrest to the bar rack. I also had to create 8" feet to bolt to the bottom of the frame in order to jack it off the ground. I did end up cutting a new armrest out of 3 1/4" plywood and re-padding it with blue foam bedroll. I used 2 layers and attached it with spray-on adhesive. After all that work and time I would have just bought a gym-quality model from 4-500 hundred dollars. But if you are a handyman and you have more time than money, this might work for you. And all the other models on the market in this same price range will have similar problems or worse.

Great Workout
I wanted to build mass in my arms but was lazy in my stance. The preacher curl bench prevents any slop in my arm movement and has helped in my routine.
