Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great product Ive had this product for a few years and its a great addition to any home gym. Its the best bang for the buck, and takes up very little space. Its the same type of leg press Arnold used in the golden age, and its impossible to use the same amount of weight as you do on other leg presses. I can use 1200 for high reps at the gym i rarely go above 350 on this....lol. its slightly similar to a hack squat...it isolates the quads and uses little hip. If u want.to blast your hips just do weighted hip thrusts....this is great for building big quads.
