Smoother Casting
The V2 is definitely huge improvement over the first generation Slick on durability. It's a most expensive braid vs other 8 strands, but worth the extra price for distance. I am using it to sling light weight lures long distances while wading

And I Thought It Couldn’t Get Better
Wow, just recently repooled my bait caster and on the first cast I could tell the difference. It’s softer but yet just and skinny as the original. I also love the different color choices depending on application.

Smooth Line
Bought this new PowerPro SuperSlick V2 line and it's really smooth. Dick's even spooled it up for me with the purchase. 30 lb line at 300 yds didn't even take up half my spool, that's how thin the braided line is. Another great quality product from PowerPro (Shimano).

Power Pro Super 8
I started using this new version of Power Pro braid last year and love it so I switched over my other 3 reels this year, It has a great feel, is super sensitive and very strong. Highly recommend it.

Glad I Made The Switch From Mono.
I'm new to braided line . Getting tired of losing work bucktails on the reef so I made the switch. Glad I did , didn't lose one last time out. Taking some getting used to but I'll take it !!!!

Very Smooth And Accurate, Quiete Casting
I've used this line for years without a problem with knots coming untied. Use a planar knot when tying to baits and leave about an 1/8" tag on and you will not have a failure. When tying to a leader use a double uni, I have never had a knot fail yet using this system. This line is super smooth casting compared to traditional braid and is super quiet. It does not sound like a truck in reverse when reeling like traditional braid. It also isn't hard on rod eyes like traditional braid. I will continue to use this braid as long as it is available.

Nice Casts!
Just topped off a small crappie trout set up and was able to make a few casts with it. Really casts nice and has a good feel with no stretch. I use it with a 4 lb mono carbon leader so hopefully it with last a long time.
