Was never able to use these. My husband bought 2 of these and they are complete garbage! They leak from around the top. Don't waste your money. You end up wearing what you're drinking. Trust me, if I take the time to review a product, you get nothing but the truth from me. On a positive note, the Gatorade water bottle is worth the money.
