Rated 3 out of 5 by from seems appropriate for the price but has some negatives the quality is good but two considerations1. there should be a warning on the cover itself--you should be very careful packing the goal net. when you take it out it will spring out without warning--could easily injure someone. there is a warning in the instructions but that may be too late if someone is anxious to take it out--like most kids. when i took it out it unfolded immediately (almost explosively) and hit my nose. it is packed so tightly in a tight bag;2. it is pretty difficult to fold the goal to put back in bag. it is so tightly wound and the instructions are not very clear. getting the goal to do a figure 8 is challenging.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Don't practice in a breeze! I put these up for the first time on Tuesday. I put one up and went to the other side of the field to put the other one up. As soon as I was finished putting the other side up and looked to see how we were doing, I realized the first one had already been knocked over by a slight breeze. not sure how to make this better, but I tried staking them down tighter but in Idaho ground the cheap stakes that came with the set just started bending. I flipped them over a few times just in case there was a better side to have at the top, no luck. The product is easy to setup, but keeping it upright is difficult. They are both going back.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Goals don't stay up without stakes The goals come with little metal stakes that are needed to keep the goals upright. Without them the goals collapse after a ball hits the net. If you don't have to move the goals around during your practice then it's no problem. Just stake the goals down and they'll stay up. I'm always moving the goals around for different games and drills so removing and replacing the stakes is a bit of a pain. I do like that the big goals fold into a smaller package than other similar goals. I got the goals on sale but they wouldn't be worth it at regular price. Recommended if you can get them on sale.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from close value equation with pugg Bought these a year ago. They are cheaper than puggs, but not equivalent. I'm estimating they have one more year in them. The poles have come out of the hinges on one goal and I haven't been able to resecure them. If primed cost $50 and only last 2 years on average, that's $25 per year. A friend has pugg goals that are 4 years old and have no defects. As long as the pugg is less than $100, then you'd get the same value of $25 per year. Ultimately, you get what you pay for, but if you don't pay that much, it could be a real value.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Decent price and good size, but rather flimsy I bought this product to go with my existing 4' goals. I like the size of this new 6' goal, but, the goal is flimsy and a strong wind will blow the goal over. If you want a goal to rocket shots at, forget it. This goal does ok when in calm weather and you are working on placement, not power. One final thought, this goal does not fold up as easily as the 4'.I only recommend this product with the understanding what you are getting, a inexpensive goal which can only be used for gentle use.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Works, but not if windy It's about what you would expect from a portable folding goal. It seems to be well-built and pops-up easily. The issue I have - and its a big one, IMHO, is that even in a slight wind, it wants to tip over or 'bend' out of shape, causing the goal opening to badly misshape until the wind does down.I bought it on discount (I think 75 for two goals), which is a bit much for the quality.I wouldn't buy this brand again, but it is usable in a pinch.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Do yourself a favor. Get the PUGG Brand. I bought these for my son for Christmas to use with his early teen soccer team. In even the slightest amount of wind they collapse. Yesterday on the field another coach had a set of the same size PUGG brand goals. While my boys were spending time picking up our goals and holding them up, the Puggs remained. The Primed are fine unless there is any wind at all then the fiberglass rods just are not thick enough to be stable.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Compact - but slightly flimsy Have purchased several of these for the teams in my in-house league for use during practices. I like the price and the compactness. The metal is a bit flimsy (so the net can fold easier) which means that it's important to stake it down. Also be careful, when folding the net it can spring back open and smack you in the chin.Still, it's useful as a training aid and I'll continue to outfit my teams with it.
