Took a bit longer to set up than expected. Use it 3-5 times a week to help my kids practice and when coaching machine pitch. Have to adjust at times when balls are too low/high, otherwise great value for the price.

We bought this for our 7 year old, it’s a little hard for him to do it himself but it works well

I bought this for my grandson. He assembled it himself without the manual. It must be pretty easy to assemble. They tested it inside the house using socks, and it worked perfectly well.

We bought this for my son who just started machine pitch. Some pitches are great, others inconsistent. Im not sure if this is purposeful, as it mayyyy train hitters to keep an eye out for good/bad pitches. So in that sense, it’s good. Although if you’re looking for something to consistently pitch straight down the middle, this is not for you. It fits in the trunk so I’m able to take it to practices(front leg folds when unscrewed) and it’s somewhat light weight. I’m still on the fence about it, like I said to learn what pitches to swing or not to swing at this is great. Not so good for consistent pitches down the middle.

My son’s a huge fan. Pitches at decent speed. Fast enough!

Took me a couple attempts to get the hang of it but overall works great

3 kids in ball my husbands arm gets tired. While it definitely takes some practice for use and isn’t very consistent, my husband enjoys it and my 11 year old daughters getting better at setting it up too

Use the same balls loaded in the same orientation, add a weight or a sand bag onto the back and this thing is as consistent as these types of machines can be. The blue flame has a lot more wiggle room when latching the arm that can cause a bad throw

I will say that the instructions have part #23 labeled as 'fly ball wedge,' and I don't think that is correct. I think it is the standard pitch ramp. The other, larger part #13 labeled 'ball cradle' is what I think is the 'fly ball wedge'. That part is installed by default. Once I swapped out that larger part #13 with part #23, it started throwing flat pitches instead of lobs. I purchased this to use for my 11-13yr team because I am old and pitching BP just about destroyed me. And this will be more consistent and more like the pitching speed they will see in the league. Hardware is all metric. You may find the ground spikes too short for your field conditions (~55mm). Order longer replacement M10 carriage bolts. File down the tips to a point and secure with nuts. The pivot is every bit as sensitive as the manual says. You'll want to consider hammering in tent spikes or such as limiters for the back end. But it is nice that you can change the angle easily. Fly ball variety should be a piece of cake.

Purchased this pitching machine for my boys to use in the backyard and pitches arent consistent. Some are high, some are low. Some are inside, some are outside, some don't even reach the plate. Have adjusted

Just bought today easy to use and works very well.

We needed a way to pitch softballs more consistently at higher speeds for 12U. This machine has worked perfectly. Easy to assemble following the instructions with a couple wrenches. Holds position well and is easy to adjust.

Easy to build out of the box. Set up was painless with the chart on the lever/ballcover hood. Very consistent. Have used it for pop fly training, batting practice as well as help son catch pitched balls. Very happy
