These sliders are alright- nothing too special about them. When I opened them up, I immediately noticed the prongs that link the stability sliders together. Great feature and very practical! After trying out a few different exercises, I quickly realized how hard it is to actually get these to slide when you have most of your weight on them. They’re great for single-leg side lunges, but I found it very difficult to get them to slide when I was doing prone lower ab crunches in a plank position. It might’ve just been my carpet, but my feet and hands kept slipping off of these.
