Low Manafacturing Quality But Decent Product

I bought 4 of these paddles about a month ago and already two of them have rubber that is starting to tear. On top of that, the sponge, which lies in between the rubber and the wood, is an inconsistent thickness. Some parts of the racket have thicker sponge and other parts have thinner sponge. This means that shot speed is inconsistent and not predictable. If you can afford the extra 20 bucks i would go with the Sitga pro carbon paddle which has more speed and spin which sacrificing on a little bit of control. On top of that, the Stiga pro carbon is better built which means it has more consistency.

Poor Quality

I bought this a few weeks ago and with in the first couple uses the rubber began to rip easily. This bat is also very over rated. When compared to other brands with similar ratings this bat does not hold up to the same speed or control. I could have handled the ratings but the poor quality rubber is awful. Several of us bought paddles at the same time. I was the only one to get this brand and I'm the only 1 with torn rubber on the paddle and mine gets far less abuse than the others.

Great Ping Pong Paddle

I purchased this as a gift for my teenage son. He enjoys playing table tennis with his dad and friends, but doesn't play competitively or anything like that. I asked him to review it, this is what he had to say- compared to a "regular" paddle, it has a lot more grip so you don't have to flick your wrist too much to produce spin and you don't have to swing as hard to produce more speed. He wanted to rate it 4 1/2 stars, so I rounded up. He thought the price tag was steep, but we had nothing to compare it to, so we are unsure if the price is commiserate with the quality of the paddle.

Speed Off The Paddle Was Excellent

Overall - I think it’s a great paddle. The ball jumps off the paddle with a lot of speed.
