Rated 2 out of 5 by from Poor customer service I purchased the aforementioned racquet at Dicks for my daughter last August. She used it one season playing varsity tennis. She was recently taking a lesson preparing for the upcoming season this fall. During the lesson something started rattling inside the racquet head. The instructor looked at the racquet and said everything looks intact on the exterior but there is something moving around inside the frame. Here is how Prince stands behind their product! Thank you for contacting Prince Tennis! The problem you are describing sounds like what we call ‘drill flash’. It is likely a piece of graphite that broke loose inside the frame and is now rattling around. There are a couple of methods of removing drill flash, but I fear that none of them are simple given the racquet in question. I don’t think the Bandit has a trap door in the butt cap, which is normally the best method for removing drill flash. That leaves either removing the butt cap entirely or pulling some grommets out and trying to remove the debris that way. Unfortunately, neither solution is simple and both require some experience and expertise. If you have a pro shop in your area I would suggest taking it there to see if anyone has experience with drill flash. There is a chance that removing the drill flash will be more costly to time and energy than replacing the frame, which is very unfortunate.
