Great Product!

I’ve had this for about a month and I love it! I travel a lot and used to carry a foam roller that took up so much space in my luggage. The pro-tec is about 5” diameter so it takes up very little room. It works great on the floor or against the wall (for more control of how much pressure you put on the ball). My only complaint is that I’ve noticed a slight flat spot on the ball after putting full weight on it from my back while on a hard wood floor. I only weigh 170 lbs.

Best Thing Since Sliced Bread!

Seriously this ball is amazing- dont hesitate to buy if you have muscle pain! I have intense shoulder blade pain and this really gets in there and provides so much relief. I used in my car, against a wall and even lying in bed. Useful for calves, back, neck. It gets deeper than hands even do. Once you master how to work it around your back you won't want to stop using it. Best $20 I ever spent
