I purchased this exercise bike and it was delivered bent. The part of the frame that holds the front handle bars was bent so badly that my husband had to hit it to reshape it back so he could put the bike together.The box was not dented upon arrival so I was thinking it was shipped from china that way. I am using the bike now and liking it very much!

Great Equipment For Low Impact Exercise
Purchased this bike for my wife. She is not able to use a treadmill or stationary bike. This is a great option. The seat is comfortable and the setup and use is easy and she can make adjustments on the fly.

Great Machine
I bought this machine and I am so happy I did. I had some issues with missing parts when it arrived to me. I was able to call service and Ashley was very helpful. I got my missing pieces within two days of calling. Very glad I made the decision to purchase this machine.

The seat is a little wobbly and you cannot sat in it to adjust the seat. You have to adjust the seat before sitting down, other than that it's seem to be working well
