I called to get a delivery status and the gentleman I spoke to was terrible, took forever to speak a word and didn’t provide me anything helpful. He emailed me a tracking number with no idea who the delivery service was. Useless. The delivery was terrible, he couldn’t find my home, called me and I walked him through it and still couldn’t figure it out. It was not assembled and that was NOT made clear to me when I purchased it.

I'm getting older and even though I try to exercise a few days each week I find that doesn't happen. With the treadmill in my home I have zero excuses and most definitely upped my game. I have found that an evening walk or hike before bed has helped my sleep immensely. It has also helped my overall mood. I have used the ProForm Pro 9000 treadmill for three weeks now and have really enjoyed everything about it. I love to hike/run and the IFIT training programs sync perfectly with the incline and speed of the machine. I love how quiet, sturdy and comfortable it is and the assembly instructions were very easy to understand and complete. I would recommend this machine to everyone, I love this treadmill. The Carbon Pro 9000 is a substantial treadmill that was easy to assemble. I am a retired male living in a cold weather climate so getting out to exercise in the winter can be difficult. The controls are intuitive and the screen is a nice size for viewing your workout. The machine responds well to changes in the preset program and the track feels consistent and safe. I have enjoyed the IFit training programs. I would recommend this machine to a friend without hesitation or concern. This is an incentivized review for my honest feedback.

I'm a retired male living in a cold weather climate and getting out in the winter to exercise is difficult. The ProForm Carbon Pro 9000 has solved my challenges. The assembly was relatively easy with simple instructions. The IFit programs are enjoyable and just the right length. The treadmill responds well to the preset workout changes in elevation and speed and the controls are easy to manage. The machine feels solid and substantial, and the track is smooth and consistent. I have been incentivized for my honest feedback regarding the use of this treadmill.

I have been using this for a few weeks now and absolutley love it. The belt is smooth and quiet and overall the machine is very sturdy. I can easily make adjustments manually or use it with iFit. The ease of use is fantastic and the screen is the perfect size. There is nothing negative I could say about this machine. This was an unbiased incentivized review.

I have been using the Carbon Pro 9000 along with iFit for a few weeks now and can honestly say that I love it. I have other gym equipment that I also use with iFit and have touch screens and this is by far the best touch screen I have used. It is very responsive and the picture quality is great. The treadmill responds easily to input from both the touchscreen and the control buttons to adjust the speed and or incline. The belt seems like it is good quality and will last a long time. When I received the treadmill it took me about 2-1/2 hours to assemble it but once it was completed it was ready to go. If I had one complaint with it, it would be the quality of the speakers. when following along with an iFit trainer on full volume it can be difficult to hear them. It does pair easily with Bluetooth headphones so not the end of the world but if you are in a noisy environment and don't want to use headphones it may be hard to hear the trainers if using it along with iFit. Overall great treadmill and a great addition to my home gym. This is an unbiased incentivized review.
