I just purchased this treadmill based on the high reviews. Had a 20 year old ProForm I decided to replace because the motor was yelping. I decided on this model because I don’t need the bells and whistles. However, when I say bells and whistles I did not know this price range would come with nothing. Folks, you can’t even pause this machine. That means when you hit stop you have 2 minutes to get back on it or it locks you out and your run is done. Grab a pad a paper and write down the display and you scroll through each line item on the tiny screen before you break for more than 2 minutes. Also, the screen… why would I pay this much to have to hit a toggle button SIX times to get my metrics. The only reason this is a 2 is because I’m hoping it last as long as my last ProForm. Now that I have it put together who wants to take it apart to ship back. ProForm you made me a sucker!

Disappointed
I expected more from the treadmill. The incline doesn’t automatically come to zero after you stop running. The belt started slipping after several months of use despite ensuring it’s tightened and aligned. I started having problems with the motor and wiring after one year of use. Initially, the motor would not work while on an incline and then it wouldn’t work at all when you’re starting it. I owned my previous treadmill for 15 years without an issue. A treadmill is a motor and a belt. It shouldn’t require repairs after one year.

Proform Sport Treadmill
Proform sport treadmill junk do not buy. Warranty is only 90 days. Mine quit at 100 days I had walked less than 45 miles. The treadmill won't run $250 to replace control board.

Love My Treadmill
I love my treadmill. I put at least 4 miles on it every day. I hate that it is tied to an app. I have to pay for tit but I don’t use it.
