I am so happy with this versatile machine. I even found a heavy duty spring this company sells that makes the resistance much heavier. It works my arms when you lay across it and push down and your abs and legs.

No Installation Required.
Bought this due to a great discount. Ready to use right out of the box, no installation required. Seems well made. Wish the instructions were more detailed and more intuitive to use. Guess that's what the included DVD is for.

Some Rusted Parts
Ordered this on sale but the box that it came in was in horrible shape. Some metal parts were also rusted, which makes me believe that this was probably not stored correctly.
