Poor Quality Product Parts And Customer Service!
I bought this bike just over a month ago and still have not been able to ride it because they sent me a defective part (the part that holds the screen up and allows the tilt). After over an hour on the phone with ifit customer service, they told me they would send the part which was still covered under warranty. The part came and was the wrong part! So I called again and spent almost 2 hours for them to agree to send the actual parts I need. But they now expect me to assemble the 20+ parts myself instead of sending the part I needed which was pre-assembled in the original purchased product (i.e. there are no instructions to assemble these pieces/parts). They proceeded to refuse to offer me any form of compensation for this extreme inconvenience. Needless to say this was extremely poor customer service. I plan to return the bike and use another platform. This is no way to treat your paying customers!

Great Deal For This Quality Bike
This bike was priced at almost a third of its Nordic Trak or Peloton equivalent. Good quality. Frame is heavy, great quality construction, It doesn't have the Active Pulse function like the treadmill, but is is not a deal breaker. ProForm knocked down the price on these and it is a great buy right now. Shipping added $150 to the price. No store within 100 miles for me to pick it up, otherwise would have saved even more.

Screen Went Out
Recently purchased this machine in June 2023. It was working great until recently the screen just stopped working. I’m not sure what’s going on with it, it powers up, I see the touch to begin button and then the screen just goes white. Does anyone know how to fix?

Seat Is Uncomfortable
Just purchased this unit and so far I love it. My only issue is the seat is so uncomfortable it’s hard to use. Any suggestions?
