The Trap Was Good, The Purchase Experience Was Below Average

ordered this Crab trap from Dick’s sporting goods website, confirmation said: Standard delivery in 3 business days. But it took 13 days to arrive. The trap worked great for Dungeness crab and rock crab. Their online purchase system was a disappointment, however the representative (Tatshanajoie M) from their “Chat” was helpful, if, you lucky enough to chat with someone that actually cared about their customers.
