The ingredients are not bad for a small package. Like the versatile flavors to enhance my water. The packets are easy to store too. I would recommend if you was a flavored water package.

Great During Work Out

Even after my workout I felt active and with energy. The texture was not powdered at all it dissolved with the water. A the taste was good, not too tasty.
