Great for hydration on hot days or when you’ve had an active day. This mixed easily. Easy to carry packet for on the go. Packets hold up well for purses, backpacks, or general travel. Def recommend for those on the go who need a little boost of hydration.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Nothing complex to prepare, they can be stored anywhere, I think the envelope is enough for a regular 8 oz water bottle and they are soluble in water, they taste quite good and do what they promise, you feel much more hydrated instantly.

Take it with you to the gym, to the park, while you run, or use it while you exercise at home, you don’t need to mix it with anything but water and you’ll see how quickly it dissolves and becomes a drink that hydrates you and gives you energy.
