Terrible Product And Customer Service
I bought this soccer ball at Dick’s expecting decent quality, but it was a big disappointment. By the third time it was used, the ball started coming apart at the seams, which is completely unacceptable for a new product. What makes this worse is that it was only used by a 7-year-old child, during normal play, nothing rough or excessive. It clearly could not handle basic use. To make the experience even more frustrating, the store refused to issue a refund or exchange simply because the item had been “used,” even though the damage clearly shows a quality defect, not misuse. I do not recommend this soccer ball. Poor durability and an unreasonable customer service policy for a product that fails almost immediately.
