So far, so good. Much nicer than expected. Much nicer than expected.

My son and daughter in law gave me one of the pure relief xL heating pads after I had neck surgery a few years ago. This is truly by far the best heating pads I’ve ever owned. It’s so soft and covers so much area. You don’t have to use it on your back. It’s versatile so you can just put it anywhere. Recently we’ve had such harsh freezing temps that I lay it across my lap and chest or my lap and legs to keep warm under or over a blanket. It has a nice long cord that detached so that you can wash it. It also has four heat settings, heats up really quickly and turns off after a couple of hours. Some heating pads that I’ve bought recently turn off in no time and I really don’t like that. This heating pad checks all the boxes. It’s a little more expensive than some but it’s far nicer so you’re getting your money’s worth.

This works for my chronic neck pain as it wraps around me in comfort. I highly recommend this. The cord is long enough for me to use it on my couch and I especially like the magnet that encloses the collar around my neck to keep it secure.

I wish the electrical connection could somehow be switchable to the other side, so I wouldn't have to turn it inside out to have the cord connection on my left.

It gets hot on the back but not at all around the neck and shoulders which is what I needed. It just gets a little warm not enough to feel at all.

Pros: Brilliant design, covers full back, shoulders, and neck. Improvements needed: Not quite hot enough, the hottest setting is 140F at the most. 160-170F is ideal for the highest setting. The "high" setting is about medium compared to my old heating pad (may she rest in peace). Needs some more heat in the collar/neck area.
The magnet in the neck doesn't work or isn't there. But otherwise it is very nice.

Have enjoyed this greatly but after only 18 months, it has quit working and I’m very disappointed.

I’ve had to use heating pads for years due to multiple back surgeries. Every time I make a dumb mistake and try to get a better deal on one, I get ripped off and go right back to Pure Enrichment! I’ve done with the others and sticking with the proven one, Pure Enrichment!

I bought mine almost three years ago and the controller got rolled on and broke.. is there a replacement for just the cord/controlled??

I was in a car accident and was told by the therapist to buy this for in between sessions. It was the best purchase I made. I love the weighted part on the shoulder's. It allows for the heat to radiate with an equal distribution. I would recommend this for a “ just because” purchase. Use it to just relax and give your muscles a spa day anytime. Amy J
This is exactly what I was looking for, full back coverage.

I thought this would be great for upper neck and collarbone but there is no heat. Also, the heat is not consistent- I have to turn on high to feel help- doesn’t stay this hot for 2 hours, maybe 30 minutes. I got a replacement (very fast) but sadly same. I’m a plus size too so obviously it doesn’t fit like pictures lol

The XL Back & Neck Heating pad really helps with my migraines and tension headaches. It’s kinda the new sweatshirt, so watch out guys; you might not get it back! I speak from experience, which is why I had to get a new one…
