Didn’t Last A Month

I got this for Christmas and it didn’t even make it through January. When I turn it on within a minute the lights start flashing and it stops heating up. Got this for chronic pain and it not working annoyed/disappointed me so much I took the time to review so other people can maybe look to their other products for relief.

Great Heating Pad, I Love It

I love this heating pad. It is soooo much better than the drugstore variety where the plastic part comes out of the cloth material. This is all one piece, and it’s great for the back as you can fasten the Velcro tabs together so it’s on your back (or abdomen). It’s a little heavier for travel but much more comfortable than any other heating pad I’ve had.

A Perfect Heating Pad For The Abdomen Area.

I have used this heating pad for over two years now. It works for my needs. I can or hope to control spasm with it. It works so well, when my original one died, I ordered a replacement before I even looked at the warranty. When it came, I realized that it had a 5 year warranty. I filed for the replacement of the one that died and with a few days, I was approved and was sent the replacement. Now I have my new one and a replacement for the one that died. I can highly recommend this one to anyone who is in need of a heating pad for those areas that hard to put other heating pads.

I must give credit or credit is due the Pure enhancement belt heating pad has proven to be an incredible addition to my wife’s pain relieving arsenal. Controller Broke After Minimal Use.

While the heating pad's controller worked, this was a good lumbar/abdominal heating pad. HOWEVER, the cord stopped functioning about 3 months after purchase. I am looking for replacement cord and cannot find.

A True Lifesaver

I bought this heating pad about two months into a long recovery. Heat is a primary way I can manage my back and hip pain. Not being a big person, this size pad fits well in the small of my back and on my hips; the heat options are well described on the owners manual, and a rarely go past medium. I’m very happy with this product and would buy it again, and may need to for a loved one who will be having back surgery this winter.

Where Are Charging Instructions???

Even though this lumbar heating device is not working the way I had hoped for relief of my back, I wanted to use it in another place on my body. I haven’t used it since I bought it and I can’t find the instructions on how to charge it. I plugged it in and the red light is flashing but I don’t know how long to charge it. Why aren’t there instructions on the box? I usually save instructions and I remember reading them but I can’t find them. Usually on the Internet, I can find instructions For an item I purchased. I can’t I need help. Why aren’t there instructions when you query the product?
