Sizing Guide Info:: Accurate measurement is important to selecting the right size Q-Collar for you. Start by using a soft measuring tape to measure the middle of the neck. Make sure it is snug with zero slack between the tape and neck. Measure three times and use the smallest measurement. If you do not have access to a soft measuring tape, consider using a shoelace or string, then holding it against a ruler. We do not recommend using a shirt size for this measurement.

Great Protective Device!

We bought this for our son who plays year round football and in the fall plays for 2 different teams. As a lineman he takes his fair share of hits. He has told us that he doesn’t even know he is wearing the Q collar when it’s on. It doesn’t interfere with anything he has to do as a center and said it’s more comfortable than he expected it to be!
