Wish The Ring Was More Scratch Resistant

The surface of the ring didnt hold up well to daily activities which ended up with scratches. The silicone case over the ring made it too bulky and was not to my liking.

Can Be Finicky

If there are more than 1 ring in your household they can get mixed up when pairing. Also it can be finicky about pairing, or charging. Also you have to put the ring exactly in the case to have it charge, I put it in slightly wrong and it was discharging the battery instead of charging it.

Bought As A Gift For Hubby

Bought for my husband as a gift, he loves it! I sized up a little due to others saying it was snug. He is a 8.5 and I got him a 9 and it fits perfectly!

Love The Functions, Not A Huge Fan Of The Size ...

I feel like it’s pretty accurate on everything it tracks! The only downfalls, are how bulky it is and how easily it scratches. I had it for barely a day and put a pretty deep scratch in it. I wish I would have spent the little bit extra to get the slim version, but overall I am happy with it.

The Smart Ring Isn’t Worth It

Honestly, the technology is far behind competitors. My wife and I have had the rings for less than a year and at this point they don’t hold a charge more than 2-3 days on the lowest tracking settings. They often die randomly or disconnect even at a battery above 50%. The heart rate tracking is below average at best. The sleep tracking is also really inaccurate and I don’t think the sleep score makes sense when it’s expecting your bedtime to align between 9-11p. This isn’t the case for everyone and you’d think it would be adaptable. I’ve reached out to support multiple times regarding the battery life and random dying but it’s been silent for over 2 weeks. I love the silicon rings but the smart ring is just too far behind.

I really love the ring and everything thing it does. My wedding ring is a 9 so I bought a 10. It won’t fit my index finger and it barely fits my ring finger. Thats my only complaint

I am very happy with this ring and it's tracking capabilities. I also wear an Apple watch and this offers deeper metrics and from a quality perspective is closely aligned to the data. Example - steps are not far off from one another.

Too Small

Sadly I have to return it is way too small. The size 6 barely fits my 4.5 size finger! I have no idea what would work for me, so I’m just returning rather than taking any other chances. I was so bummed!

Absolutely love this ring and all of its features. Finish does scratch pretty easy though so make sure you wear a silicone cover over it when at the gym!

Ring Stopped Working In Less Than A Month

I reached out via email a week ago because my ring stopped working and still have not gotten a response. The case is green but the ring will not charge. I have owned it less than a month. Do not recommend this ring or company.

Hard To Get Correct Size

Still do not have the right size but this was 3rd attempt to get a ring. Needed a 10 but have worn for 3 days and can’t return.
