The Quest 5-in-1 Kayak Carrier can carry a single recreational or touring kayak on it's side, vertically stack two kayaks, carry a canoe or large sit-on-top kayak, and transport any size stand-up paddle board. Featuring a pair of quick-release fold-down frames with removable 2-boat modules for transporting wide loads. Each set of carriers are built with corrosion resistant coated steel, thick over-sized padding and heavy duty molded parts.

The universal mounting system fits a large cross section of aftermarket load bars (round, square and oval) as well as most factory systems. Also includes two lengths of mounting bolts to achieve the best rack installation. Comes with cam style load straps, bow & stern safety tie-downs and stand-up paddleboard foam pads.

    Super Easy To Install And Worked Great

    We had purchased a universal kayak carrier that did not work. We have parallel roof rack bars so bought this. It installed in minutes and was super secure. We drove 4 hours away going 70mph on the interstate and had no issues with it moving.

    Sturdy, Works Great!

    We installed this for a sup hard-shell paddle board. It comes with 4 different holders that are adjustable depending on what you’re using it for. For the one paddle board, we used two, one in the front and one in the bak. It fits on our cargo carrier roof rack which has flat bars. It should also fit over rounded bars given the shape on the clamp. It took about 10 minutes to figure out how to install but it was pretty simple after that. We drove for 3.5 hrs on freeway with no issues. 10/10 would recommend. Makes things easy.

    Not The Best, But Gets The Job Done

    May require two people to get kayak onto this car rack. It is not the most convenient, but for price range it is as good as you’ll get for kayak transportation

    Not Easy To Install

    I am having a difficult time installing this carrier. How is it possible that you can’t find a single video on this thing on the internet anywhere? Not a single thing at all. The instructions suck as well. That tells me this thing probably isn’t any good. I’ll finish installing this thing to see if it’s worth a darn.

    A Good Product That Wasn't A Good Product For Me.

    Not the best for for me. Needed to carry 2 kayaks and this would do it but it needed to be set in the middle of my car roof. This made it too long of a reach. I am pretty short. This would work well for taller people.

    Easy To Use Carrier

    Great carrier that is easy to install and easy to use. Hauled a large 13.5' tandem Kayak for a 14 hour trip recently without any issue.

    1,200 Mile Trip

    Worked well for our 1,200 mile trip. We had two kayaks strapped to this and had no issues.

    Quick, East, And Effective

    My partner and I recently bought two kayaks from Dick’s and needed to transport them over 100 miles through several mountain passes on a windy day. On a whim, we bought this kit and we are so glad we did. In the parking lot of the Dick’s, we were able to install the kit on the crossbars of her Subaru Outback within 30 minutes and did not need a single tool for assembly! The instructions that came with the kit were clear and taught us how to safely secure our kayaks to the car. After tightening the straps, the kayaks didn’t budge for the entire trek home. This is a great product that is easy to use and effective in fulfilling its purpose.
