Defective Construction

I purchased this bag from Dix sporting in Annapolis, Maryland approximately six months ago. I have used it intermittently in the interim. We’re on a trip in Japan requiring a lot of train and bus stop changes. While strapping the lower strap, the right side pulled apart. None of the fabric nor the strap on either side or torn, therefore this is a default in construction. It’s a very hard to continue using the bag as it is; we still have another week to go. What should I do about this. I plan on going back to Dick‘s on my return to the states. The bag is a great concept; unfortunately, it’s not well constructed since this is a defect that was previously noted. Would appreciate a direct reply that I can bring to the attention of the people at Dick’s upon my return. Thanking you in advance for your time and consideration

Great Air Travel Backpack

Traveling every summer to Europe and this backpack is exactly what I was looking for. Comfortable and seems well made, lots of compartments. Dimensions are perfect for air travel carryon luggage. It's not too heavy.

Good Features, Doesn't Fit Into Airport Carry On Size Case

I do like the design of this backpack. It is modern, sleek, great pockets for organizing. However, the backpack didn't fit to the sizer at the gate for carry on bag beware if you want take this to flights. This happened in Austria where there are quite rigd about bag sizes. By the way, the luggage was half empty, not fully packed...

Works For Everybody

I love all the pockets in this bag. It also fits well, which can be a problem with some other backpacks (i.e. gaps at the back because it's made for the shape of a man's back as a default). It seems durable and the zippers are good.

Excellent Carry On!

Used this for a quick trip and it was the best carry on! Only 1 main easily accessible pocket; the rest you pretty much have to open up the whole thing to access. So much space inside. Comfortable to carry. Zippers had little loops to “lock” them in place to deter theft. Very happy with the purchase.

Great Travel Pack

Just what we were looking for to carry snow boots and pants while traveling. Room for other extras and iPad. Can be a pack or straps can be tucked away and dude handle to. Art like a small suitcase.
