Awesome Airbed

I got this in July used for months as my regular bed in my apartment with no problems had put more air every night or too but it is super comfy and nice. Highly recommend

Absolute Waste Of Money

I bought this air bed about a month back, Its surprising that after 2 or 3 times of usage, it gave up. Upon checking, I found a tiny pore on the right hand side of the bed. I should have read the reviews before buying it as multiple people have faced the same issue as one can see in the comment section. I don't know what next steps I need to take because people have mentioned here that they don't accept returns in this case.

Leaked After 3 Uses.

I purchased a Quest Queen Elevated Airbed at Dick's on 6/3/25. After only 3 uses it was leaking, to the point where I ended up on the floor. I know airbeds do not have a long lifespan but I DO expect them to last longer than 3 uses. I did not purchase the additional warranty because I believe it is ridiculous to have to pay extra for a product to ensure it functions properly, it should ALREADY function properly! And again I do NOT consider leaking after 3 uses functioning properly. I have gotten the run around from the Dick's Sporting Goods store employees (being told to bring it in for an exchange or return by one employee, then when I brought it in being told they couldn't help me after the employee helping me disappeared and left us waiting for 20 mins), and then the customer service rep at Dicks (who agreed it was ridiculous for a airbed to leak after 3 uses but then told me he could do nothing for me). Quest needs to take accountability their poorly made airbed. Quest and Dick's should stand behind the product they sell/produce. Finding the info to reach out to Quest is nearly impossible. Three uses of an airbed is not okay, especially when that airbed is priced at 79.99. I do not recommend this airbed and I definitely will no longer be purchasing gear at Dick's Sporting Goods or the Quest brand.

Held Up Well But There Was A Defect

We loved this and it hel air perfectly overnight. We ended up returning it because rhe felt was torn and if rhat defect ended up being critical we didnt want to deal with it. Dicks also took the return even after we opened it. Great customer service

Do Not Buy!

DO NOT BUY! Leaked the very first night we tried to sleep on it out in our patio. Dicks also does not except returns if it's taken out of the box. Well, explains it now when you sell garbage for a product.

Waste Of Money

Worked great the first use and held through the night. On second use it didn't stay inflated longer than an hour. Dicks won't accept return and finding manufacturer contact information is impossible. Very disappointed as this is not a cheap mattress.

I honestly didn’t expect much because of the price of it. My wife and I bought this for camping and it was very sturdy the first night. We should have put more air in it the 2nd night but still happy with the purchase

Horrible

I bought this product a week ago..I feel like I've been duped out of money..Used it onetime..It started full then deflated throughout the night..I woke up like a hot dog in between two buns..Both sided folded up as I Lay in between the mattress on the floor..And Dicks Sporting Goods has a no return policy on airbed's. So I'm stuck with it and can't even use it
