Quest Huron

Kids like the Kayak. However, the inside was very sharp. My Son fell out and had a 3 inch scrape from the edge of the Kayak

Bad Service, Unusable Product.

I just bought and picked up this kayak this week. Unwrapping it last night I find a deformation in the plastic on the bottom, not a huge deal as it didn’t have any cracks or holes going through, but definitely had a spot that the plastic looked weaker. But then, as I was removing stickers and generally checking over the whole boat I find a crack in the front, either from a drop or maybe the plastic didn’t meet when molding, but it is a through and through crack that makes the kayak unusable. I called dicks to talk about a return, was put on hold for 35 minutes and then the line disconnected. Called back and put on hold again with no answer or help. Definitely taking it back to the store and letting them know I am unhappy with this purchase and with the service I received.

Perfect For The Money

It’s definitely not the most expensive Kayak but gets the job done.

Junk

Seat fell out while storing upside down on rack within a week. The boat hasn't even touched water yet or been sat inside of. What a piece of junk. I will have to drill out the fasteners and probably just put some short bolts and washers through it. Not something you would expect to have to do with a brand new kayak. This is my first and last Quest boat. I'll spend more on Old Town, like my other 3 boats, from now on.
