Rated 5 out of 5 by from Small, Convenient Size. Sturdy Frame and Quality Fabric. I'm really liking this compact backpack canopy, especially after buying a different one from a different store originally. They were the same size, style and price, but the first one I bought had mesh panels around the frame, including between the top and wall, leaving a gap of coverage and they would catch in the velcro. After returning that one, I picked up this Quest canopy and was much more satisfied with the sturdiness of the frame and thicker fabric in one solid piece - no mesh! While it's true this canopy doesn't stand as tall as a standard 10x10, it's comfortable for sitting under in chairs and the compact size when storing and transporting is worth the trade off for us. It's easy enough to bring and set up by myself for the kids' swim practices, while a 10x10 would be too much hassle. I have been very popular at practices when I bring this canopy. We used this at our first swim meet and set up two chairs and a blanket and it worked for us. I could lift and rotate the whole canopy as needed to adjust the orientation of the canopy wall as the day went on. Almost everyone else had a 10x10, but they also involved wagons and lots of hauling gear around. We were happy with our relatively light load and the minimal space needed for storage at home.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from It’s perfect I bought this so I can put it up and take it down myself. The 10x10 is too hard for me. This is the perfect size. I’m using for beach, parks & baseball games. I can stand under it I’m 5’6” but I can’t see out if I do, that’s ok because I am sitting down watching the kids in shade!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Cheap and Short The height on this is short. I am 5'5". If you stand under it, people cannot see your head. The canopy cloth needs to be applied separately. It has a cheap frame. The frame broke on our FIRST take down. I spent $10 more for this one thinking the back pack would be handy. Not worth it if it breaks right away. This was a total loss.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Poor Design and Quality It seems in order to make this light enough to qualify as a backpack, quality of product was forfeited. Support legs are very flimsy and plastic parts broke on first use. The canopy itself is separate from the frame making it difficult to install and remove. In order to get the canopy to fit back into the bag it has to be folded tightly which is difficult to do outdoors. Returned item after first use.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Just what I needed I had picked up larger canopy and loved it so I got this for myself so I can study outside. Compact and easy to set up, keeps me out of the sun, what more do I need.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Not the easiest to set up Quality is pretty good but requires a little force setting it up

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not what I expected I bought this trying to replace an beach umbrella. Nothing on the outside of the box mentioned that it wasn't good for windy conditions. My wife and I tried to set it up on our deck before we headed to Ocean City, MD. It wasn't to bad but we both looked at each other and said how would we ever do this at the beach where there is always a breeze of some kind. I wish this was mentioned on the box so I would not have wasted my time going back to your store to return it..
