Misleading Description And Opposite Of Rugged

I bought this 3 months ago for an early summer camping trip. I was disappointed it didn't come with a storage bag like it says in the description, nor does it seem to have a deflate mode as it says, again, in the description. I felt like I didn't get the product I paid for, but I needed it for the camping trip, so I kept it and used it. Overall my experience sleeping on it was fine. Not the most comfortable nights rest, but plenty fine for what you expect from an air mattress. Held its air really well the first couple nights, then I had to add a little the third and final night, no big deal. Irritating to not have the auto deflate the next day when we packed up to leave. Then I had to cram it back into the box it came in, since no storage bag. Last night, I got it back out for the first time in the 3 months since camping with it only to find out it had a very noticeable hole on one of the ends. I tried patching it with the patch kit that came with it, but it didn't come with adhering patches, nor pvc glue. Just a truly awful experience with this thing, save for the 3 nights of sleep it afforded me. I would give zero stars if possible. Going to call the 800 number tomorrow and see if they will honor the warranty. Even if they do, I'm not sure I really want another one of these.

Basic But Works Well

Used on our first camping trip, seems to do the job. Self inflate feature is nice

Perfect Mattress

bought this mattress before I went on a two week camping trip in NH, and dident have any problem with it. One thing I will say is before you use it inflate it a few days before you are going to use it so it has time to stretch to its actual size ( It took me three times putting more air in it before it stayed firm all the time.) after that, you blow it up and forget it. A lot of room for two people comfortable .Worth the price.

Great Air Mattress For Guests Or Sleep Overs

Will use this as extra spot for sleep overs for kids, or when guests are sleeping kids beds:) Air mattress was easy to inflate, comfortable and a good height off the ground. I inflated it using a portable compressor, which took 5 minutes. It has an option to inflate using 4 D batteries, but I did not use that. Would be nice if had an AC plug also. It’s a good size for two people and seems very durable. Standard queen mattress pad and sheets fit well which is nice since can use existing sheets versus having to buy new size.

Easy To Use

Unfolded from the box, inserted 4 ‘D’ batteries and had it inflated in less than 2 minutes. Has very minimal instructions…not sure exactly if pump will turn off when done, we shut it off. Nice to have for kids to have sleepovers in the basement.
