"For Temporary Use Only"

This information should be written in an obvious place on the OUTSIDE of the box, not just on the front page of the instructions. It states that the rack should not be left on the vehicle when not in use. Considering having a roof rack available to pop my SUP or kayak onto, so I can quickly get to the water, was the whole point of this purchase, it will be retired shortly. While I only want my rack on during SUP season, I don't want to have to remove it after every use. That said, the instructions seemed clear and the pieces seem durable and well-made. For obvious reasons, I did not attempt to assemble or install it, but the quality of the materials made me want to. The dense suction cup cushions were especially enticing!
