Shelter Project

I purchased this Shelter Logic product because it is a trusted name in th industry. I drive past the factory in Watertown Ct quite often. The pop up was pretty esay to open for one person. I just methodically followed the directions and slowly made it rise and open up. Good construction and pretty good looking as well. I was hoping it was made in Watertown, but not so much

Buyer Beware Of This Company

i bought this company's canopy from dick's- within 7 months wind snapped it like a twig. this company-quik shade- which is actually called shelterlogic group from Canada- will not honor their warranty when used in nature and due to natural acts!! unless you plan on setting up in ur living room beware.

This Canopy Suits Our Needs

I purchased this canopy on behalf on my daughter's high school tennis team. The goal was to offer shade for the girls when not on the court. It worked perfectly. It was easy to set up, although it was easier with four people than two, just for trying to keep the legs going up evenly. It was steady and we did not use the stakes because it was sitting on concrete, but it also was not windy. The canopy seems durable and the legs strong. I love the color selection and was able to get our school color green, I would like to get one to have at home.

Don't Buy It

We bought our 3rd QS canopy this year. Past canopies had steel frame; this one is aluminum. Two legs bent after two week's use. Utterly useless. We now have a much cheaper canopy with steel frame. Look elsewhere.

Product was damaged upon arrival. I returned it and had another one shipped to replace it but that one was damaged even more than the first. I couldn't even attempt to set it up because it was in pieces. Save your time and money and buy something else.

Got the tent just in time for a major vb beach event and when it came - it was broken! Luckily the store was nice enough to take it as a return for us even though to bought it online. Unfortunately the store did not carry the same kind and we ended up having to spend more money. :(
